Role Overview

We now have an opportunity for a Project Coordinator or Trainee Coordinator, depending upon experience, to work in our Nottingham office. Working closely with the Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating tasks such as works control reporting, scheduling, risk management alongside general administrative activities.

This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned Project Coordinator or for someone who has demonstrable administrative experience and would like to pursue a role as Trainee Coordinator where training and development will be given.

Key Accountabilities

Ensure all necessary Street Works Permits & Notices are notified in line with guidance and on time

Liaise with Project Management Team to ensure smooth coordination of all works activities

Maintain & promote relationships with Highway Authorities

Create and maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation, plans and reporting

Ensure standards are met through conducting quality assurance

Assess and analyse risk and opportunities

Work with the Senior Project Coordinator to remove blockers and barriers to ensure progression of project work

Effectively communicate project status and milestones

Your Requirements

Previous experience working within a projects team

Strong administrative skills

Ability to work under pressure, within a deadline driven environment

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, Word. Clear and confident communication skills with a high level of numerical and written accuracy


A background of working within Telecoms would be advantageous

Knowledge of NRSWA
