Role Overview

We now have an opportunity for a Project Coordinator or Trainee Coordinator, depending upon experience, to work in our Nottingham office.

Working closely with the Senior Project Coordinator, Estimate Management, you will be accountable for the receipt, allocation, verification and administration of all estimates received via the EBusiness Gateway.

You will be responsible for delivering a multitude of tasks, ensuring that they are delivered within specified timescales and to defined quality standards.

This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned Project Coordinator or for someone who has demonstrable administrative experience and would like to pursue a role as Trainee Coordinator where training and development will be given.

Key Accountabilities

Coordinate project activities and information

Liaise with Suppliers and Operations to resolve queries and issues

Monitor project progress and escalate issues to Senior Project Coordinator as required

Create and maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation ensuring all records are accurate and kept up to date

Your Responsibilities

Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing

Proven experience in project coordination

Strong organisational skills, with an ability to multitask and prioritise workload

Excellent attention to detail with experience of handling numerical data

Ability to interpret data

Ability to plan and create step by step schedules

Strong interpersonal skills

Time Management with the ability to work to tight deadlines

Working knowledge of IT and Microsoft products including excel

Desired

PMP/ PRINCE 2 certification
