At Light Source we believe that a telecommunications network should be easy to build, manage and maintain, whilst providing the ultimate experience for the end user. We are absolutely committed to delivering a best-in-class service to our clients.
In doing this we recognise that it is not possible to run a sustainable business without exposing ourselves to risk. However, as Managing Director I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that those risks are fully understood, assessed and managed so that we take only those risks which are acceptable.
Our approach is clearly set out within our core policies for risk, health and safety, environment, and quality management.
We respect the human rights of all employees and those within our supply chain and have zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking as set out in our Modern Slavery statement.
I have always run this business as a family and as we grow even further, I am focused on ensuring that we continue to work in this way. Our objective is to ensure that we employ the right people for each role and that we develop them allowing the employee to meet their full potential. I want our personnel to be qualified enough so that they can leave, but stay because they are treated well.
