Role Overview

We now have opportunities for Network Delivery Supervisors to join our West Yorkshire Operations team, based from our office in Leeds.

Working closely with the Network Delivery Managers, the Network Supervisor will be responsible for the delivery of their respective PON’s in compliance with H&S and Quality standards whilst meeting Customer SLA’s. They will lead a team of engineers and contractors where appropriate.

You will already be experienced and accredited to work on the Openreach Network and will have a strong working knowledge off delivering FTTx PON structures.

Key Accountabilities

Lead a team of Engineers.

Conduct 1-2-1 meetings, performance management and appraisals with Network Engineers & Contractors.

Work with Managers to review quality audits of Network Engineer equipment and certification in line with Health and Safety Legislation

Deliver coaching and feedback to all Contractors in a prompt and timely manner. With all results recorded accordingly.

Manage customer urgent or high-profile escalations and complaints in a prompt and professional manner ensuring a positive customer service and satisfactory resolution

Monitor workload distribution and completion to ensure KPI’s are met

Ensure the maintenance, provision, and stock control of appropriate PPE for all Field teams

Your Requirements

Communication – You’ll be confident in communicating with members of the Public, our Partners and our Client. This might be both verbal & written communication.

Problem solving – You’ll be able to look for solutions to Network challenges.

People ManagementYou’ll have experience of bringing the best out of everyone you meet in your working day.

Our Clients’ Network – You have demonstrable expertise in the field with a thorough understanding of the Openreach Network.

Organised – You’ll have well developed organisational skills, with an ability to multitask and prioritise your own workload, and that of others too.

Information Technology – You’ll be able to interpret data and Job Packs, including A55’s & FNC’s. You’ll be confident in using various electronic mediums to access information held on our systems. You’ll also possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Time Management – We set targets to complete tasks, and we like to keep to those targets. To do this, you’ll need to manage both your own time, and that of others.

Accreditation’s – Ideally, we like you to already hold NRSWA/ CSCS certification or be confident that you have the aptitude to attain these accreditation’s. Additionally, you need to demonstrate your current Openreach accreditation’s if you have any.

KPI success – we use various metrics to measure our performance. You’ll already be experienced in delivering success.

Adaptable – in a fast pace delivery environment, problems can arise which need open, collaborative thinking to get to the solution. We solve these problems as a Team, and you’ll enjoy contributing.
