Light Source Celebrated their 20^th Anniversary with a virtual party full of live entertainment and reminiscing.

On the 21^st November 2020, Light Source reached one of their greatest milestones – 20 years of business. The business was originally incorporated to serve a telecom design business; however, we have matured into a business that offers a design, build and maintenance services.

There have been some rocky roads along the way, but our ethos of ‘never say never’ has seen us develop into one of the UK’s leading telecommunications delivery partners.

Light Source’s Managing Director, Steve Hill, said “We were very nervous about the evening being a success, however I think everyone on the zoom call would agree, a great night was had by all, and we think it is something we should do more of in the future.”

Due to the current restrictions across the UK caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, our original plans to celebrate together were cancelled, however these rules did not defeat our celebration. Instead, we held a virtual party through Zoom with live entertainment that people could watch in the comfort of their own homes. Each member of staff received a mini hamper to enjoy during the call, filled with Prosecco and chocolates.

Steve Hill, managing Director, added “Thank you to all that joined our ‘Zoom celebration’ for our 20^th Anniversary, we hoped you all enjoyed your mini hampers and we look forward to celebrating in person when we can.”

It was a wonderful celebration shared by us all, and one which we will truly remember in these unprecedented times.
